He told police he accidentally shot his wife dead while they were playing a game before going to bed. When he returned home he brought with him a gun he had taken from his grandmother’s house, intending to pay a fun game with his wife. He mistakenly believed all bullets had already been removed from the pistol when he began playing a game of Russian roulette with her, intending they take turns firing a shot at each other.
